Aquí mí sugerencia es que tengan una app dónde se pueda calificar el número de unidad, ruta y/o conductor.
Así referencias distintas sabrán si recompensar al conductor o sancionarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, hoy 19 de marzo de 2022, en la calle 20 de noviembre, el chófer de la combi 328, le pegó al chófer de una colectiva, todo por qué el pasaje se subió a la colectiva, pero como nos íbamos a subir con el de la usu si iba con sus amigotes y tomando y el servicio de quejas nunca contesto...ponga atención en sus choferes, además de que manejan horrible ahora aunque vengan tomando nos tenemos que subir...tantita madre?
