El dueño del negocio nunca contestaba dudas durante la producción e instalación, con el resultado que entregaron medidas y conceptos diferentes a como las planeamos.
Solo insistiendo en pagos anticipados. Dejaron cosas chuecas y sin terminar. De repente desaparecieron sin entrega formal.
Casual business. The kitchen was planned in detail with an employee, but we didn't see her afterwards.
The owner of the business never answered questions during production and installation, with the result that they delivered measures and concepts different from how we planned them.
Just insisting on advance payments. They left things crooked and unfinished. Suddenly they disappeared without formal delivery.
