Desde el principio explican todo lo relacionado al servicio, forma de pago y el tiempo aproximado de llegada de la grúa, me sorprendió que llegó a la mitad del tiempo y la rapidez de maniobras tanto para subir el vehículo como para bajar en el taller, excelente y recomendable servicio, todo muy bien, gracias URGE GRÚA.!!

Las personas que me atendieron vía telefónica fueron muy amables y me guiaron con claridad. Todas las preguntas me las respondieron de manera clara. Fue el primer servicio de grúa que pedí y todas las preguntas que tenía me las aclararon sin importar que volviera a preguntar lo mismo
