★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el de urgencias, nunca hay medicamento mínima la atención y si se trata de niños no hay pediatras los atiende el médico general que ni idea de atender a los menores y prepotentes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no hay personal,solo recibe un camillero y lo hace con toda la calma ,si es urgencias deberían tener más personal en esa área y tratar de salvar a gente que llega,sobretodo con esto que se está viviendo covid.
Terrible service there is no staff, they only receive an orderly and they do it calmly, if it is emergencies they should have more staff in that area and try to save people who arrive, especially with this that covid is living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte de las autoridades del hospital es espantosa, el trato al paciente es sumamente deficiente; es el área de urgencias en donde se supone deberían ser eficientes y pasa todo lo contrario. Cuando quieres ir a hablar con el director del hospital (se tiene que llegar a ese nivel porque el demás personal no te resuelve nada ni lo intenta) el trato que recibes es prepotente y de mala gana. Y en el buzón de quejas de la página del IMSS no le dan seguimiento. El que no sea un hospital privado no significa que no deban tratarte ni con el más mínimo respeto. Lo único rescatable es que no todo el personal es así, que lamentable que se vean opacados por el resto que no cumple con sus obligaciones.
The attention from the hospital authorities is appalling, the treatment of the patient is extremely poor; It is the emergency area where they are supposed to be efficient and the opposite happens. When you want to go talk to the director of the hospital (you have to reach that level because the other staff do not solve anything for you or try) the treatment you receive is arrogant and reluctant. And in the complaints box on the IMSS page they do not follow up on it. The fact that it is not a private hospital does not mean that they should not treat you with the slightest respect. The only redeemable thing is that not all staff are like this, it is unfortunate that they are overshadowed by the rest who do not comply with their obligations.
