Siempre hemos sido tratados espectacularmente, no solo el Dr Yeverino y su equipo son amables y asertivos sino además absolutamente profesionales y cuidadosos. Su atención así como la información que nos han brindado, ha hecho toda la diferencia para nuestra tranquilidad. La atención es rápida y super eficiente. El proceso de entrada y registro siempre fue fácil y muy rápido. Lo mismo cuando me fracturé el tobillo, una atención y cuidado muy dedicados y siempre muy amables todos. ¡Muchas gracias! El trato que recibí fue excelente, desde la atención telefónica que me dieron cuando llamamos para solicitar la atención en Urgencias. Al llegar a URGENCIAS inmediatamente me hicieron los estudios necesarios y determinaron que debía ser internado. En toda mi estancia en el hospital, los doctores que me atendieron me explicaron de forma muy clara mi estado de salud y los estudios que se iban a requerir. Estaré siempre muy agradecido por el trato recibido de todo el personal que me atendió en los días que estuve internado. I was hospitalized for 10 days, for complications from COVID. The treatment I received was excellent, from the telephone attention they gave me when we called to request attention in the ER. Upon arriving at the ER, they immediately did the necessary studies and determined that I should be hospitalized. Throughout my stay in the hospital, the doctors who treated me very clearly explained my state of health and the studies that were going to be required. Llevé a mi esposo por complicaciones con el Covid, lo atendieron inmediatamente y mientras esperaba, pasaba el tiempo y le preguntaba a alguna enfermera, iba a investigar y regresaba a darme informes. Después de que lo revisaron, salieron a darme información muy completa sobre su estado de salud y que debía quedarse internado pues tenía una neumonía muy fuerte. Mientras estuvo internado la atención fue muy buena por parte de los médicos y las enfermeras. Se comunicaban todos los días para darme informes sobre su salud y el estado en el que se encontraba. Fueron muy pacientes cuando no entendía algo y me explicaban nuevamente. Definitivamente el mejor hospital! Yo estoy muy contenta de tener a mi esposo sano y salvo en casa.
