Pésimo son soberbio y engreídos, los lugares muy pequeños el servicio no da ni siquiera café, tienen medidas sanitarias obsoletas pésimo servicio.

Pesimo servicio no recomendable.. los encargados se molestaban hasta por pedirles un vaso... el sevicio era hasta las 8 am y a las 3 am segun ellos ya tenian que cerrar la cafetería entonces se supone que es un velatorio no?? Y con la cafetería cerrada todavia se molestaban que uno subiera alImentos.. A la hora de la cremación del difunto nos dijeron una urna de niño para 8 años y no puede ser posible si ellos sabian que era una persona mayor.. nos dicen que fue lo que se establecio en el contrato..osea ellos saben que era un mayor y no te dicen esta urna es para niño.. que poco profesionales tuvimos que dar mas dinero para que nos cambiaran la urna para cenizas.!! Los empleados siempre enojados les preguntaras lo que fuera.!

Por obvias razones no puedo decir que pasé una agradable experiencia en este lugar, sin embargo el personal muy amable, accesible, respetuoso y brinda ayuda. Las instalaciones son bonitas, cafetería agradable y funcional, está en un lugar céntrico y su oferta es accesible, no pierdes un ojo de la cara. Realmente estoy agradecido por las atenciones que tuvieron con mi familia en este difícil momento.
For obvious reasons I cannot say that I had a pleasant experience in this place, however the staff are very friendly, approachable, respectful and helpful. The facilities are nice, nice and functional cafeteria, it is in a central place and its offer is accessible, you do not lose an eye of the face. Es un fraude , servicio pésimo malas instalaciones no servía el montacargas comenta la gente de ahí que ya lleva un mes sin funcionar , a nuestro familiar lo subieron cargando como si fuera un costal !! Debería estar clausurado ya que solo pedian el pago sin cumplir con un servicio integral , los baños asquerosos , a este lugar no le interesa dar una atención si no solo cobrar !! No se dejen engañar !!

En septiembre tuve un deceso de un familiar y contacté a la funeraria ya que tengo un servicio con preisa y la persona que me atendió me dijo que mi servicio le faltaban pagos, le comenté que tenía mis talonarios pagados al 100 % y no me dió opciones para darme la atención, apenas en esta semana fui a las oficinas que están en la calle 16 de la colonia Guadalupe proletaria y la chica que me atendió hizo revisión de mis recibos y efectivamente todo está liquidado, pero no están agregados a su sistema todos los pagos y no me pudo ayudar a meterlos al sistema, les pido hagan su revisión de sus contratos, yo tuve que pagar un servicio funerario Por la mala administración que tienen en esta funeraria

La cafeteroa esta pobre por lo que no esperen mucho, pueden meter comida pero esperen a que solo les llamaran la atencion. Este lugar tiene buen y mal personal, por lo que todo depende de quienes te toquen. Y todo se maneja por paquete, desde la comida y la estadia. Por lo que tener cuidado, y leer bien el texto.

La PEOR experiencia posible. Primero: Aunque contaban con las INE pusieron mal la dirección del domicilio e hicieron mal el acta de defunción y después apesar de estar solicite y solicite que arreglaran las cosas (cosa que ni siquiera tendríamos que haber pedido, pues era su obligación) porque eso nos metió en problemas legales con otro asunto, NO se hicieron cargo, tuvimos que corregir el error nosotros y pagar extra por ello. Segundo: El paquete funerario estaba contratado y pagado años atrás, el cual incluía transporte hacia el cementerio, pero el día del entierro llegaron tarde y con un camión de ruta contratado por un tercero, ¿dónde está su seriedad y profesionalismo como empresa? Tercero: El chofer de la carroza se equivocó múltiples veces en la ruta hacia el cementerio apesar de que se le dio la dirección y se le pidió que usara google maps. Cuarto: NO dejaron los 4 cirios que debieron de haber dejado.
