Es un One Stop para tu carne asada. No soy fan de la carne nacional pero tienen de rancho REVUELTA que es carne muy buena el problema es que a veces tiene mucho tiempo congelada y varía el sabor, pero no deja de ser buena opción. Les Falta un mejor assortement de cortes premium importados o calidad de exportación. En resumen compro la carne en otro lugar y todo lo demás ahí. As a business model and shopping experience, it is a unique place in Monterrey, excellent layout, impressive assortment, its differentiators: Carbon (the best in Monterrey), Cheve (assortment and price) and Chicharrón (it is not the best but it competes with the best). It is a One Stop for your roast beef. I'm not a fan of national meat but they have REVUELTA ranch which is very good meat, the problem is that sometimes it has been frozen for a long time and the flavor varies, but it is still a good option. They lack a better assortement of imported premium cuts or export quality. In short I buy the meat elsewhere and everything else there.

No les puedo decir nada de la Barbacoa y otros platillos que también ofrecen, porque no los he probado, pero tienen Lengua en la Barbacoa, y todo se ve muy rico. Yo no había ido a comprar porque lo creía caro, pero cuál sería mi sorpresa al darme cuenta que sus precios son muy competitivos con cortes de carne de calidad superior a sus competidores.
