Quería hacer una cita, pero tenía algunas dudas específicas y me dijeron que solo por whatsapp atendían dudas, les mandé mis dudas por esa app y nunca contestaron... de por si es bastante penoso estar compartiendo información médica por ese medio, y ni siquiera contestan... muy poco profesional.
I give it 1 star because they don't even give information. I wanted to make an appointment, but I had some specific questions and they told me that they answered questions only by whatsapp, I sent them my questions through that app and they never answered... in itself it is quite painful to be sharing medical information through that means, and not even They answer... very unprofessional.
