★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aunque vayas con una póliza de un seguro contra accidentes con cero cuota por coaseguro, el personal de urgencias es déspota y grosero. te piden datos injustificados y te alegan que está en las leyes y no saben ni cuales. El seguro le va a pagar lo que sea que cobren eso dice la póliza, entonces para qué te piden datos absurdos. El accidente que llevaba era mínimo, no había posibilidad de que perdiera la conciencia ni nada. ¿ para qué necesitaban que vayas acompañada o el dato de otra persona ? Su aviso de privacidad no está actualizado y tiene vacíos. Sólo por no proporcionar datos que no son ni relevantes no te quieren dar el servicio, la Srita Marisol del turno de la tarde hace el trabajo peor que en cualquier hospital público,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital clasico de la zona, instalaciones que ya evidencian el paso del tiempo. definitivamente el personal administritativo tiene sus altibajos a veces muy bien y a veces muuy mal. En promedio las veces que he tenido la necesidad de atenderme en este lugar la atención ha sido de aceptable a buena. cuenta con todo lo necesario en estudios de imagen. Lo rescatable al 100 son los medicos especialistas que ahi laboran / atienden. del servicio en urgencias no puedo comentar nada al respecto, pero en hospitalizacion y quirofano la atencion ha sido buena.

Cabe mencionar que tuve que llamar tantas veces porque nunca me atendieron, solo me contestaba la del conmutador que nefastamente ni los buenos días te dan ni te preguntan en qué pueden ayudarte como en los otros hospitales donde coticé... me transfirieron a un lugar donde Nadie atendió mi llamada y la ukica que me atendieron me colgaron cuando le dije que si podía corroborar mi correo, obviamente como no lo anoto y solo me estaba engañando me cuelga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de urgencias tarda demasiado. En lo personal considero deberían de agilizar bastante el servicio. Esperamos por más de 40min para que nos llamarán. Y eso que no había gente en la sala. En la toma de datos tardan demasiado. Se sugiere que digitalicen la toma de datos. Porque los formatos impresos son muy susceptibles a la caligrafía de quién escribe. El estacionamiento es mini. La apariencia del lugar es muy buena. El personal es amable y con buena presentación. Deben de agilizar la atención porque seguro los similares te atienden primero. Espero la espera valga la pena y que cuenten con especialistas que ayuden adecuadamente. Los comentarios depositados tienen el fin de que mejoren el servicio. Y espero sean tomados asi
