At age 70 and after 30 years on antidepressants, she has helped me withdraw from them. She is so caring and makes herself available to you whenever you need her. I totally recommend Dra. Cinthia.

I am grateful that she continues to pursue furthering her expertise on a regular basis with professional education and training and I will be her patient for as long as she is practicing.
After 25 years in the professional fire service and moving to Mexico with my family I am more physically fit and vital, I have lower blood pressure and my daily attitude and mental aptitude is sharper than it was the last 5 years of my professional firefighting career after being Dra. Cinthia's patient for almost 2 years.
All I can say is that during this chapter of my life I want to live it with as much health and vitality as I can and Dra. Cinthia is truly helping me achieve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you call needing a pediatric urologist they say they have one. Once you get there, UNLESS you specifically ask if he is a pediatric urologist they WILL NOT tell you he isn't. If you ask the doctor, he will give you a run-around about how he did a THESIS in pediatrics, THAT IS NOT THE SAME THING! Regardless, he tried to convince my sister-in-law he could, and should, perform surgery on a newborn to remove a malignant tumor in the testis. He is NOT qualified to perform this procedure, yet insisted. Apparently money is the only thing they care about. Ethics are out the window at this place.

Dr. Garcia is well known by the expat community in Vallarta and is the go-to urologist for all the Americans and Canadians that spend half the year in Vallarta as well as the tourists that are recommended to him by the locals. Having seen the new clinic I can tell you there is no other place in Vallarta with better technology.

He has had a complete recovery and the doctors and staff at Urovallarta have been so very kind and supportive throughout. I would recommend them without reservation. The place is full of smiles. Wonderful people, excellent outcomes.

You can tell that they take pride in having a cutting edge and state of the art medical center that is brand new and centrally located. All of their doctors speak English and work regularly with their American and Canadian counterparts to ensure excellent continuum of care. Highly recommend and glad they are in their brand new convenient location.
