En recepción dependiendo la demanda, podrías quizá esperar unos minutos más de lo acordado debido a urgencias médicas en curso, por lo que en la posición de cualquier paciente razonable, sabemos que así debe ser y querríamos que así fuera si nosotros fuéramos la urgencia.

Excellent care before, during and after medical care, which is very professional and understandable, not only do they know what they do, they also take the patience to explain what they do.
Depending on the demand at reception, you could perhaps wait a few minutes longer than agreed due to ongoing medical emergencies, so in the position of any reasonable patient, we know that this is the way it should be and we would like it to be the case if we were the emergency.
