★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, tengo mas de una semana esperando respuesta de un paquete que salio de guadalajara a cd obregon. Y es hora que no saben donde quedo esa mercancia. Es increible que no sepas donde quedo!!! Pesima logistica que manejan !!!

Terrible service I asked for the collection for a package for 2 days and it has not arrived and I have spoken and they answer with lies saying that they almost arrive but they never arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, tuve que estarlos correteando por telefono casi 1 semana para que hicieran su trabajo enviaran el paquete a domicillio. En varias ocasiones me dijieron que lo entregarian esa tarde y nomas me hicieron perder el tiempo esperandolos.
Terrible service, I had to be chasing them on the phone for almost 1 week to get them to do their job and send the package home. On several occasions they told me that they would deliver it that afternoon and they just made me waste my time waiting for them.

El gerente y su personal decidieron no recibirnos un rollo de cartón porque no venía en "burbuja". Imaginen el criterio del personal. Cuando el cartón crr es un producto de empaque y de eso se hacen las cajas. Cuando marqué me dijeron que no recibían por la "actitud" de mi chofer.
Consejo: Pónganse de acuerdo y respeten sus procesos, no decidan a quien atender dependiendo si les cayó bien. SOMOS UNA EMPRESA Y NOS AFECTARON MUCHO.
Ojo con esta paquetería, un verdadero infierno haber tenido que ver con ellos.
A parcel without the commitment to serve:
The manager and his staff decided not to receive a cardboard roll because it did not come in a "bubble". Imagine the criteria of the staff. When crr cardboard is a packaging product and that is what boxes are made of. When I dialed they told me that they did not receive because of the "attitude" of my driver.
Advice: Agree and respect their processes, do not decide who to attend depending on whether they liked it. WE ARE A COMPANY AND WE WERE AFFECTED A LOT.
Be careful with this package, a real hell to have had to do with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días la empresa trabaja hasta altas horas de la noche y mientras hacen su labor de cargar los trailers ,tienen prendidos los motores de los camiones y no dejan dormí , sería posible los apagaran mientras hacen esto.
Good morning, the company works until late at night and while they do their job of loading the trailers, they have the truck engines running and they don't let me sleep, it would be possible to turn them off while they do this.
