★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor es especialista en gatitos y es muuuuy bueno, muy atento y muy atinado. Se la pasa actualizándose y los precios son más bajos que en otras veterinarias que he ido. A mi pretzel le encanta ir y sale bien guapo bañadito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya tranquilamente puedo decir que el trato es bueno, se le da la atención y seguimiento a la mascota, pero en mi experiencia no se hizo un buen procedimiento, no soy experta pero según el veterinario al que voy regularmente (porque fui con esta persona debido a una emergencia y era fin de semana) no se hizo una buena sutura, le sale una mucosidad debido a la infección que tiene que no se trató bien en la semana que le di tratamiento con esta persona, además me dijo que vendar para nada era correcto, y poner el cono era súper necesario cuando se hace una sutura, entre algunas cosas más. En fin, mi perro tuvo una mala experiencia porque yo no me di cuenta hasta que lo lleve a mi veterinario regular, con los dos días que le dió tratamiento mi vet, se ha sentido mucho mejor (ya me mueve la cola y come mucho más). Ojo, yo no digo que haga todas sus consultas mal, solo comparto mi experiencia y la de mi perro, que el es lo que mas importa ahorita, y claro, el dinero es lo de menos en estas situaciones pero como estudiante y trabajadora duele gastar $2700 para algo que al final no valió mucho la pena... Cuidado con el clasismo aquí, que no todos tenemos el privilegio de comprar lo mejor pero si nos esforzamos para darle lo que tengamos a nuestro alcance. Suerte con sus mascotas :).
I can safely say that the treatment is good, the pet is given attention and follow-up, but in my experience a good procedure was not done, I am not an expert but according to the veterinarian I go to regularly (because I went with this person due to to an emergency and it was the weekend) a good suture was not done, a mucus came out due to the infection that he had that was not treated well in the week that I gave him treatment with this person, he also told me that bandaging was for nothing correct, and putting the cone was super necessary when doing a suture, among a few other things. Anyway, my dog had a bad experience because I didn't realize it until I took him to my regular vet, with the two days that my vet gave him treatment, he has felt much better (I already wag my tail and eat much more ). Be careful, I am not saying that you do all your queries wrong, I only share my experience and that of my dog, that he is what matters most right now, and of course, money is the least important thing in these situations but as a student and worker it hurts to spend $2700 for something that in the end wasn't worth much... Beware of classism here, not all of us have the privilege of buying the best but we do make an effort to give you what we have within our reach. Good luck with your pets :).

Hacen honor a la ética de la profesión y siempre con un trato humano y sobre todo respetuoso a la salud y calidad de vida, siempre velando lo que es mejor para la mascota y para el dueño como tal. En lo personal yo estoy agradecido de por vida por como ayudaron a uno de mis perros con una herida bastante grave que sufrió. Hoy en día anda como si nada le hubiera pasado. A great job they do in this veterinary, very professional, in constant training. They honor the ethics of the profession and always with a humane and above all respectful treatment of health and quality of life, always ensuring what is best for the pet and for the owner as such. Personally, I am grateful for life for how they helped one of my dogs with a very serious injury that he suffered. Today he walks as if nothing had happened to him.
