★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal te atención telefónica no sirve son groseros pedantes y para nada te proveen la información nesesaria. Ni parece consulado americana más bien parece burla la forma de tratar alas personas
The telephone service staff is useless, they are rude pedants and they do not provide you with the necessary information at all. It doesn't even look like an American consulate, rather it seems like a mockery of the way people are treated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a life saver yesterday when we needed documents notarizing for our home sale in the US. While it's not a cheap service, it was extremely convenient and way cheaper than flights back to the USA. Everyone was really helpful and professional. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ im an USA american in CULIACAN SINALOA MEXICO. A few mins after i started driving towards a car wash 3 Policias Estatales (State Police) stopped me and did not allowed me to use my phone to call someone who knew the local laws they never gave me any type of infraction nor told me what i did wrong instead they took 300 dollars. This place told me that i should contact the local authorities. I'm an american citizen. This is the closest local agency i could find and couold not help me, then what's the point of this business?
Question, could the local authorities do anything againts the state authorities which where the ones who stopped me and STOLE 300 DOLLARS me? Descriptions of the "officers"
Alpha leader
Alex, Hazel Eyes, light skin, hidden or no visual name tags. Motorcycle hidden or no license.
beta
Marcos, dark skin tone. shaggy hair style, dark brown eyes.
And a female officer, she was of heavy complexion (fat) light skin.
I was afraid for my life because in the Real world police officers protect you. I come for vacations one time to Culiacan Sinaloa and the State Authorities stopped me for no reason and stole 300 dollars. Thats more than what they get monthly in Mexican Pesos.
Fellow Americans. DO NOT VISIT SINALOA.
I had this horrible experience.
Im just waiting for my flight back home and will never comeback to this awful place.
I will email tourist businesses about this issue so they'll keep my fellow americans safe. Since the government won't do the job of protecting us.
The people are on our patriotic right to disolve this useless governments that won't protect us.
We elected them, we should removed them.
Remember we give them the power.
We could take that power back.
Don't travel to SINALOA, aside from being discrimited you'll be robbed of your hard earned dollars by the State police Of Sinaloa just like it happened to me yesterday.
Spend your hard earn dollars at home or where we are welcomed.
Our dollars have ten times more value than their currency. They need us, we don't need them.
I'm also taking extra steps will let know the senator from my state about this issue and sending an email to theexican congress to see if by anychance somewhere higher up there are honest politicians otherwise state police are learning to screw us americans over from their politicians, i hope that all my fellow americans who had suffer in the hands of the SINALOENSE GOVERNEMENT, come forward and help me out and send your complaints to the rightful authorities in The USA where the Law still works for the people unlike here, seems like their become the law to hurt the people. Rome was bigger than Sinaloa alot bigger and due to civil war Rome is no more. Imagine Sinaloa in civil war, where children are the ones holding the gun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ starting having issues with my docs after recently dealing with this office. feels very unamerican... Im not visiting the sinaloa state ever. my identity and my family's identity is more important than the fake fun this state offers. if we cant trust our gov offices is up to us the people to make that manifest destiny real. lets spent our dollars in our country where we wont get robbed by tourist and the police and the state police. beware of tourism propaganda. they wont protect your important information. mexico is after all a 3rd world country so there will always be violence. be ware if you decide to expose yourself and family to this filth my fam and i experienced for believing tourist propaganda. external governments just want our money they could care less if we go back to our country they already got our money. no wonder why even their state police are extorting people. this is just the tip of the iceberg. beware of the hotels or who you give your phone number to...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are close to our house, but their service is much left to be desired. I was lucky with my social security application. They did inform me of a special meeting with the people from main office in Guadalajara. They made an appointment for me. They were great. The lady who works in the consulate was late, messy and looked hungover. The man who worked there was late and rude. The asst lady was very nice and the main office people were an hour late but very helpful. Now it's time for passport renewal. 10 yrs ago they were 35.00 USD and the best, now they send you a notice we don't do that anymore in only first time applicants. Ok, here is the website, print and complete your own app and pay for your own shipping there and back. It's 130.00usd now. So this is the big question. Who gets their first US passport in Mexico???? Why are you there if you do not help citizens with our stuff. more joe Biden bullshift. 6 months ago there was full service
