Pésima atención y falta de seriedad de la doctora y su asistente, de pesadilla el tiempo de espera porque ya que me sacaron mi estudio me informaron que debía esperar 2 días para que me los entregaran porque estaban reparando una máquina ese fin de semana mientras yo con fuertes dolores (me lo hubieran dicho antes). Cuando me los entregaron, llegué a la casa y por curiosidad revisé los resultados y eran de otra paciente. Mi médico los encontró mal impresos (no se veía nada) y los datos de mi estudio también estaban mal. Llamó a la doctora y no me dio cita inmediata "porque no podía". Me la dio dos días después porque "estaba muy ocupada". Cuando fui recibida de mal modo por ella y la recepcionista (enojadas porque les había reclamado) y tampoco me quiso hacer los estudios en ese mismo momento. De plano le pedí la devolución de mi dinero (lo que hizo de mala gana) y perdí una semana de tiempo y aguantándome el dolor. La doctora una persona fría, deshonesta, soberbia, sin tacto y que falta a su juramento de Hipócrates porque yo llegué con el médico con un intestino casi paralizado por su culpa.

Terrible attention and lack of seriousness from the doctor and her assistant, the wait time was a nightmare because since they took my study out, they informed me that I had to wait 2 days to have them delivered because they were repairing a machine that weekend while I was severe pain (they would have told me before). When they were delivered to me, I came home and out of curiosity reviewed the results and they were from another patient. My doctor found them poorly printed (nothing was seen) and my study data was also wrong. He called the doctor and didn't give me an immediate appointment "because he couldn't." He gave it to me two days later because "I was very busy." When I was received in a bad way by her and the receptionist (angry that I had claimed them) and she did not want to do my studies at that moment either. I flatly asked him for my money back (which he reluctantly did) and wasted a week of time and enduring the pain. The doctor is a cold, dishonest, arrogant, tactless person who is missing her Hippocrates' oath because I arrived at the doctor with an intestine almost paralyzed because of her.
