El lugar está muy bien hecho, cómodo y su diseño me encantó. Bonitas instalaciones.
La atención personal es muy buena aunque a veces puede mejorar.
Por teléfono muchas veces es mala ya que se nota la falta de capacitación adecuada en su call center. (Media estrella menos)
Vale la pena por los productos tan increíbles e inigualables que estan reconocidos internacionalmente por evaluaciones de tipo científica e institucional. ??? Aunque en México no llegan todos los productos que existen. (Media estrella menos) Aunque Cofepris es quien limita productos tan buenos en nuestro país??
Además en USANA hacen trabajo comunitario internacional ofreciendo servicio social en comunidades de alto grado de desnutrición infantil. ?? a la True Health Foundation ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre en línea y pedí recoger el producto en tienda pensando que sería más rápido y nunca llegó correo de confirmación, ni actualizaban en la página la fecha en que podía recogerlo. Pésimo el sistema.
I bought online and asked to pick up the product in store thinking it would be faster and I never received a confirmation email, nor did they update the date on which I could pick it up on the page. The system is lousy.
