The service is lousy, and you have to be careful with Mrs. Angela, she really is a super rude person who doesn't know how to treat clients and looks for ways to collect already existing damages. I have been a frequent user of car rental since I travel from Los Angeles to Guadalajara often and at the airport there was no availability so a taxi driver took me to Usave and I saw that they had enough cars so I decided to use their service. The place looks bad and is old, but since I needed the car, I rented it without knowing what I was getting myself into. Everything was fine at the beginning in the morning, but when I returned the car in the afternoon, the young man who initially attended me was no longer there, and that's where my nightmare began. The lady wanted to charge me $5,800 for damage and I showed her that it was already there because I took photos and $1,600 for washing the interior, and I still showed her the photos, she told me that they were not valid and that she was still going to charge me after staying for more. After an hour of arguing with the lady who seems to be a fighter, I thought that at one point she was going to hit me.
