Muy tranquilo sábados y domingos.
El acceso es gratis.
Recomiendo levantar la basura que puedas dejar.
On the outskirts of the USBI there are some very nice gardens for the whole family.
Very quiet on Saturdays and Sundays.
Access is free.
I recommend picking up any trash you can leave.

No pueden Entrar animales ni bicicletas, se puede estacionar el vehículo dentro de las instalaciones, de los mejores lugares para visitar en Xalapa.
A really beautiful place, ideal for walking or running, or simply admiring its beauty, it has stairs of different levels, corridors between the vegetation, running waters, a sports area, a concert area and its extensive library. Animals or bicycles cannot enter, you can park your vehicle within the facilities, one of the best places to visit in Xalapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A most amazing, creative and breath taking park. Excellent place to jog, to sit and meditate, to have quiet times. The luxuriant abundance of greenery and trees made me feel like I am in a tropical country. The steppes design around part of the lake is reminiscent of exotic Bali with it's terraces of padi. The air is invigorating and one wants to sing like a lark and dance like the butterfly flitting from flower to flower. A must see place in Xalapa..
