★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with UScoot Tulum. I texted with the owner over WhatsApp in morning to book a pick up at 5pm. Everything was confirmed but when I showed up at his store he was not there! So i called him on his phone. He said that he has no scooter left for me. So that was it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super easy and smooth rental - we had a lovely time exploring the beaches and cenotes of Tulum with our little scooter! The scooter was very new and reliable and the price was good when comparing with other local rental companies. They also offer assistance during office hours and they don’t limit the distance (some say the insurance only covers within a 16km radius). With so many rental places it was hard to be sure that we wouldn’t be scammed or have a problem but with UScoot we felt safe with the whole experience and our deposit was returned in full at the end of the rental. Logan also gave us an introduction about the local road rules/parking and how to operate the scooter and answered our many questions (thank you ?)! We got a little blue motorcycle and it was super strong and easy to ride. Great service from Logan and everyone at the office. Thanks a lot!
