The income is very well controlled. The bad thing is that they make you go around a lot, right there inside, to be able to carry out a simple procedure

LOUSY service. You get to do a paperwork (non-criminal record in my case) and there are taped notices saying they can't print. And to top it off, employees don't know when. What is the case of these modules if they do not guarantee that there are services !!! Anyway this year there are elections, we'll see ...

MUCHISIMA GENTE. Deberían poner a otra persona a atender y si fuera posible sillas.
A LOT OF PEOPLE. I've been here for 20 minutes and this hasn't moved at all. Only one person attending. All I have to do is give a password and make the payment for a revalidation. If at least they had chairs and shifts ... they have us all standing and I'm sure I'll be here for two more hours for a paid beggar. They should put another person to attend and if possible chairs. Awesome, lousy service ~ people have important things to do.

I was queuing since 2:30 pm with 3 people before me. Mr. Gorocica at 3 o'clock (the time they close) gave a notice to those of us standing in line that he would no longer serve more people. And a young lady who was in the line spoke to him nicely so that he could get his certificate and this man agreed, leaving the others in the line aside. When the other person who attends Andrea arrived (according to the name that he gave me) he asked the two people who were in the line what procedure we would do, implying that they would attend us. After 10 minutes that I noticed that they were talking in the module, I approached to ask them if they would attend us, to which he looked at me mockingly and, looking away, he rudely told me that until 4 in the afternoon. So I asked him why, and he scornfully told me that at that time it was another shift. I asked him when he would tell us that and, acting rude and mocking, he told me that he had told me and I told him it was not true, adding that if Mr. Gorocica had attended to his macho needs for attention and flirting from a woman who understood Outside of his hours he had to attend to the two people who remained in line. Which never happened. It is unfortunate that they have people of this type working in a citizen service module. 1.-The man should have told those in the line in advance that he would not attend us and did not say so at the exact closing time. Nor should he have attended the person mentioned above since all users are in a hurry and commitments to attend to. 2.-Mrs. Andrea should be trained for customer service since she is disrespectful and rude, with a behavior of zero seriousness and aggressive-passive. I hope you take this comment into account and do not overlook these behaviors.

The waiting time is 1 hour, perhaps the system is slow or the person in charge, who should be noted is only 1 hour. It is understandable that there are slow procedures, but there are also only those for a certificate or payment of a fine. It would be very important for the area in charge, to streamline the processes ... without a doubt they are a great help, but the attention time is long

Most of the staff are friendly, congrats. If your records will serve you to apostille, they must be records with an autograph signature, so those of the modules will NOT serve you, just as your criminal record cannot be USE.

Very rude and arrogant young people who attend. The ones before were a little better

Be prepared for long lines when making any paperwork here. It might take a little longer than expected, but otherwise they have a pretty good service. You pay for your documentation right then and there in cash, not sure if they're accepting cards.
