★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo absolutamente esta mal, clases y maestros patitos, super falsos, pagas para comprar un titulo univesitario, a la hora que tienes problemas no hay alguien que de la cara, pides telefonos de alguien que te haga caso y no hay nadie, TE SUBEN LA COLEGIATURA 50% SIN EXPLICAR POR QUE, pesima atencion al cliente, nadie le da seguimiento a los reclamos, el area de cobranza esta para reportarte al buro de credito pero no para explicar sus incrementos arbitrarios absurdos y encajosos, NO RECOMENDABLE EN ABSOLUTO, actualmente hay carreras en la SEP online son GRATIS. En fin uno termina con QUEJA ante PROFECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con esta universidad en general brinda un pésimo servicio, los contenidos educativos son de muy mala calidad, ponen muchos vídeos de youtube que tienen una pésima calidad, algunos exámenes tiene preguntas mal elaboradas, el proceso de titulación es tedioso, largo y olvídate de que te den el seguimiento personalizado que te ofrecen cuando te vas a inscribir, para titularse van a tener que pagar de manera forzosa mas de $10,000 pesos por este tramite por que supuesta mente incluyen su "seguimiento personalizado" el cual termina siendo inexistente, si llegas a tener algún problema administrativo todo se convierte en un increíble dolor de cabeza ya que nadie está capacitado para solucionarlo, si requieres hacer algún reclamo directo a rectoría solo te dan un correo en el cual nunca te contestan. En mi caso llevo esperando mi documentación de titulación casi dos años sin recibir un solo documento, porque resulta que tienen un atraso severo en la entrega de estos documentos, cabe mencionar que cuando inicie mis estudios me comentaron que el trámite de titulación tardaría máximo 18 meses, 6 meses para que te entreguen tu certificado digital, 6 meses para tu titulo y 6 meses para tu cédula, pero estos tiempo nuca se cumplieron, después de muchas llamadas y correos enviados a este "negocio" intente hacer la denuncia correspondiente ante profeco pero resulta que como se les paga por medio de un tercero hay que llevar todos los datos de este, para formalizar la denuncia en contra de los 2 proveedores. No arriesguen su dinero, pagando un poco más se pueden encontrar otras opciones para estudiar en línea, lo barato sale caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para engancharte te dan un "monton" de Beneficios pero la verdad es que el nivel acádemico es malísimo, solicite mi baja y te ponen un monton de trabas y les indicas que te marquen a una hora te marcan antes para decir que no obtienen respuesta con tal de no hacer el trámite, dejar que se cargue la mensualidad y si no pagas pues obviamente te mandan a buro de crédito, ni siquiera tienen registro ante la SEP, los que te atienden por chats son extremadamente groseros, no la recomiendo para nada

Quiero compartirles también, que mi teléfono marca el número de contacto de dicha "universidad" como "Fraude (posible)" y les anexo la foto... para que tomen sus precauciones.

Aparte de chafa si te quieres salir te cobran más de 3 mil por tu baja, pero si no la haces solo sigue corriendo tus meses y hasta te inscriben a los demás semestres solo para Seguir cobrandote. Hay gente que habla sobre deudas de más de 80 o hasta 100 mil pesos solo por un mes de clases, no les gustó y ya no se volvieron a conectar, pero no contaban que la "universidad" los seguía contando como estudiantes y sumandoles la deuda, por eso cuando te incribes aunque seas mayor te piden un "tutor" para que eso sirva de fiador, y muchas prácticas despreciables más, tengan cuidado.
