★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente. Pareciera que no quieren trabajar. Fui el sábado por la mañana cuando no había ni un solo cliente, pedí los datos para hacer una transferencia y no quisieron dármelos en ese momento.
Me hicieron enviar un correo, y no lo contestaron hasta que volví a ir a sucursal a preguntar otra vez. Lo contestaron una hora después, y la contestación fue poco amable.
Bad customer service. It seems they don't want to work. I went on Saturday morning when there was not a single client, I asked for the data to make a transfer and they did not want to give it to me at that time.
They made me send an email, and they didn't answer it until I went back to the branch to ask again. They answered it an hour later, and the reply was unkind.
