v	veronica ferreyro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les recomiendo no llamen a pedir informes a la UVM, ya que no te dejarán de llamar nunca, les llamé hace ya más de un año y mi esposo termino eligiendo el TECMILENIO el cual recomiendo mucho, pero la UVM de vdd necesita alumnos y te llamará seguido de mil teléfonos diferentes jamás bloquearlas tantos números en tu vida, y siempre te dicen que es seguimiento y piden disculpas... Si realmente supieran darle seguimiento al prospecto entenderían desde la primera llamada que este eligió una mejor opción. Yo hace mucho estudiaba en el UNITEC el cual compro UVM y terminé dándome de baja por qué no me gustó su sistema termine en la Universidad Regiomontana la cual también recomiendo mucho. El sistema contable y de pagos en linea es un desastre; se presentan cargos por pagos extemporáneos de colegiaturas a futuro; es imposible pagar en las fechas debidas debido a que su sistema de caja en linea se encuentra ya sea sin servicio, bloqueada, intermitente, o bien por no reconocer contraseñas o usuarios. La atención de la oficina contable en la ciudad de Mexico no resuelve inconvenientes o adeudos no procedentes. Simplemente ignoran y dejan que el tiempo pase. Absurdo cuando se intenta mejorar la calidad de servicio. Pareceria, ya que no es fácilmente probado, que los maestros de primer semestre están enfocados en reprobar a los alumnos a cualquier costo con objeto de quitar las becas de los alumnos que entraron con esa facilidad. Deben comprender que los alumnos que entran con beca lo hacen con la ilusión de mejorar su calidad de vida profesional. Esperan obtener un nivel educativo de mejor calidad y así lograr sus metas a futuro en el ejercicio de una profesión que por desgracia no es proporcionado por la gran mayoría de centros educativos del sector publico. Pretender ser una universidad de primer nivel no significa actuar como una universidad de tercer nivel. Se requiere equilibrar ambas cualidades, es decir: Universidad de primer nivel con servicios de primer nivel. The administration and customer services leaves much to be desired.
