Me quisieron estafar. Me querían cobrar bien caro y cambiarle piezas a mi iPhone por un problema que sólo requería una limpieza que en otro lado hicieron por 50 pesos.

Mala experiencia. El motivo original era cambiar la pantalla rota de mi iPad. Se tardaron semanas en entregar, al recibir estaba mal, no funcionaba bien. Amables los tipos pero a pesar de que se ve un local especializado no tiene la experiencia.

Llevé mi celular a reparar la pantalla y me lo regresaron sin algunas piezas. Quise hacer válida la garantía y me lo regresaron ( después de mucho tiempo y vueltas al local) con fallas que antes no tenía. No te responden llamadas ni mensajes. No pierdan su tiempo ni dinero.

Pésimo servicio. Vi varios comentarios negativos pero algunos positivos y por eso decidí darle una oportunidad. Llegué y desde el principio les dije que puede que mi laptop se le tenga que cambiar el flex porque cuando aveces se veía y aveces no. De entrada se tardaron dos semanas solo para "diagnosticarla" cuando me dijeron que en 3 días me decían que tenía. Después de tantas llamadas me dijeron que no encontraban el problema y que se tenía que dar mantenimiento con un costo de 600 pesos. Al Final Accedí para que la limpiaran y me dijeron que eso era y ya estaba lista. Al ir a recogerla pues pasó lo que les comentaba que aveces se veía pero llegué a mi casa y ya no se veía jaja al final la lleve con otro técnico que por cierto me cobró solo el flex y 150 por cambiarlo y se tardo 1 día y desde ahí no ha fallado. Que triste que gente sin experiencia esté robándole el dinero a la gente cuando un mantenimiento es excesivo el costo de 600 pesos pero tuve que aceptarlo por que en primera te multan con 200 pesos si ya no quieres el servicio y solo por disque revisarlo. Pónganse las pilas y si no quieren perder su dinero, no los recomiendo en absoluto.

Pésimo servicio, no sé si cambiaron personal o algo paso, anteriormente lleve otro cel a servicio sin problema hace algunos meses y decidí acudir nuevamente por un cambio de pantalla, al revisar el telefono a detalle en casa y con chip, le quitaron el auricular por lo que solo sonaba de la bocina, la tecla de volumen dejo de funcionar al parecer por alli lo abrieron. Lo llevé a garantía, y al regresar por el (despues de varias visitas porque nunca contestaron llamadas ni mensajes, no supieron darme una respuesta de que pasó en realidad) ya servía de la bocina, pero dejo de funcionar del botón de bloqueo y el del volumen de nuevo... no se dejen llevar porque sea un local "establecido"
