★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un inconveniente con este spa UXXMAL SPA ya no se me quiere atender puesto que no podía ir a hacer mi tratamiento por la pandemia , está todo pagado los dos tratamientos... El año pasado en mi trabajo se me descanso por la pandemia y se me descanso con el motivo de no salir a ningún lugar. Este lugar quería que a fuerza fuera a tomar mis tratamientos , algo que vi ilógico , porque la mayoria de la sociedad entro en crisis, no le veía sentido ir a qué me hiciera un masaje en estás fechas y más que no deberíamos que salir Y NO ES UN LUGAR ESENCIAL . Me quedé sin trabajo , hasta hoy todo se acomodo, le mencioné que ya puedo ir a tomar mis tratamientos , tratamientos que ya están pagados. Me comentaron que no , que porque ya se había caducado la fecha. No importa el dinero, la atención es lo que cuenta.
Ya no quería ir a ese lugar porque es antihigiénico, atienden mal, no se ve resultados, no están preparados el personal, usan las mismas toallas para todos, las mismas sábanas, N o lo recomiendo. Y todavía se enojan que porque los menciono ya hasta me bloquearon y no me dieron ninguna explicación. Se pueden quedar con el dinero o hacerme la devolución de ello ya que no cumplieron con el servicio. #traficozmg #gdljalisco #spa #negligencia deverian ver las instalaciones para ver si cumple con la calidad e #higiene
I had a problem with this spa UXXMAL SPA no longer wants to attend to me since I could not go to do my treatment due to the pandemic, everything is paid for both treatments ... Last year at my work I was laid off due to the pandemic and I rest with the motive of not going anywhere. This place wanted me to forcefully go take my treatments, something that I saw illogical, because most of society went into crisis, I didn't see the point in going to have a massage done on these dates and more so that we shouldn't go out AND NO IT IS AN ESSENTIAL PLACE. I was out of work, until today everything settled down, I mentioned that I can now go to take my treatments, treatments that are already paid for. They told me that no, because the date had already expired. No matter the money, the attention is what counts.
I no longer wanted to go to that place because it is unsanitary, they serve poorly, you do not see results, the staff are not prepared, they use the same towels for everyone, the same sheets, I do not recommend it. And they still get angry that because I mentioned them they even blocked me and gave me no explanation.
