Vasconcelos 65 fue erigido en el año de 1944 y en 2017 el edificio comienza un proceso de restauración por parte de C Cubica Arquitectos ( est. 1990 ) que reconoce la importancia de la valoración y conservación del legado del patrimonio y paisaje urbano de la ciudad .

 We open and close our vacations in the country in this accommodation. Starting with the architecture, ending with the decoration and going through the cleanliness, the detail, the location and the staff, I can only say that this place is top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Un très bon double vitrage. La route à côté est très bruyante mais on l’entend très peu depuis l’appartement. Bien équipé et moderne.
A very good value for money. Very good double glazing. The road next to it is very noisy but you can hardly hear it from the apartment. Well equipped and modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here in February ‘21, and could not recommend it more highly. The rooms are huge and spacious. The wifi perfect. The staff super attentive, friendly, and accommodating. It’s near a busy road but you can hardly hear the noise. Walking distance to many great places. Best value for money place we found in CDMX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I had a long stay at Be Mate Condesa, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Eumir and Oscar were very kind in helping us. They let us wash and dry our clothes, print a document for our flight, and recommended places nearby for us to visit! We didn't get to explore much because of our online courses, but I would definitely come back again. The front room and bedroom was very comfortable and clean, and the fact that the bathroom had heated flooring and separation between the shower, toilet, and sink was awesome. I even looked up the brand of the couch because I loved laying on it so much haha. Overall, the location is great and the room was cozy, quiet and comfortable to stay in after walking around outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our stay here! The building and room were beautiful and obviously designed with every detail in mind by an architect and design team - we loved the aesthetic. The terrace off our room plus the rooftop were a plus! Bed was comfy, staff was friendly, and room was very clean. Plus it’s walkable to the castle, park, and condesa shops and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family of six were very comfortable in our two bedroom corner apartment. The reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed our mornings on the top floor patio where there was fresh coffee, hot water and a variety of teas, pastries and fresh fruit -- with a view of the Chapultepec castle and beautiful skyscrapers. In our six nights there, we used their very reasonably priced laundry service twice and had our clothes returned to us on the same day neatly folded (300 pesos per bag). The public areas are very nice and very modern.
The neighborhood area is very walkable and the food choices available in the Condesa and Roma areas are vast and international.
