Esta de mal estado Alberca y no te dejan meterte con zapatos para el agua y te cortas por andar descalzo. El personal no sabe hablarte con respeto, no tienen la manera de decirte las cosas, "sobre todo la señora de todo se molesta. No se recomienda. This lousy management, they don't let you do any fun. Putting on music, eating around the pool, it doesn't have any beds or chairs. Pool is in poor condition and they won't let you wear water shoes and you cut yourself off by going barefoot. QUE NOS RECIBIÓ EL DÍA DE NUESTRA LLEGADA SÚPER AMABLE??, LA ALBERCA MUY LIMPIA Y CALIENTITA EL AGUA, EL SR. QUE LIMPIA DONDE ESTÁN LAS REGADERAS COMUNES, ES MUY ATENTO??, ME AGRADO MI ESTANCIA ALLÍ, SI HAY CIERTOS DETALLES QUE MEDIO INCOMODAN, PERO ESO NO IMPIDE DISFRUTAR DEL LUGAR Y PASARLA AGUSTO EN FAMILIA?. HAY REGLAS COMO EN TODOS LADOS, SI LAS SABEMOS RESPETAR NO HAY PROBLEMA ALGUNO???, ME LA PASE GENIAL EN MIS VACACIONES?. MI ESTANCIA FUE DEL 12 AL 15 DE MAYO DEL 2022? Y EL COSTO ES BUENO, ES UN HOTEL MODESTO, LIMPIO, TRANQUILO Y FAMILIAR.?? THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET, I GOT A SEA VIEW WITH A FANTASTIC BALCONY?, SUPER CLEAN AREAS AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL REYES??, ALSO MRS. WHO RECEIVED US THE DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL SUPER FRIENDLY??, THE POOL WARM AND WARM, MR. HE CLEANS WHERE THE COMMON SHOWERS ARE, HE IS VERY ATTENTIVE??, I LIKED MY STAY THERE, IF THERE ARE CERTAIN DETAILS THAT ARE MIDDLE INCOMFORTABLE, BUT THAT DOES NOT PREVENT ENJOYING THE PLACE AND HAVING A GOOD TIME WITH THE FAMILY?. I DO NOT GIVE IT AN EXCELLENT RATING BECAUSE OF THESE MINIMUM DETAILS, IN MY STAY OF 3 NIGHTS THEY DID NOT CHANGE MY SHEETS ON ANY DAY, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ROOM WOULD DO IT IF NECESSARY BUT I THINK IT WAS NOT FOR HER?, THE OTHER DETAIL IS THAT THEY ARE MISSING SANITARIES IN THE COMMON AREAS, I HAD MY BUNGALOW ON 4 FLOOR #403 AND BEING IN THE POOL OR ON THE BEACH AND GOING TO THE SANITARY WE HAD TO CLIMB THE STAIRS AND IT IS AVERAGELY UNCOMFORTABLE?. THERE ARE RULES LIKE EVERYWHERE, IF WE KNOW HOW TO RESPECT THEM THERE IS NO PROBLEM???, I HAD A GREAT TIME ON MY HOLIDAYS?. MY STAY WAS FROM MAY 12 TO 15, 2022? AND THE COST IS GOOD, IT IS A MODEST, CLEAN, QUIET AND FAMILY HOTEL.??

El edificio está en pesimas condiciones: las habitaciones en un estado deplorable, bichos dentro de las mismas, los baños espantosos. Sin mencionar que el personal es cero agradable. No vale el gastar un solo peso en este lugar. If I could assign zero stars, I would. The building is in terrible condition: the rooms in a deplorable state, bugs inside them, horrible bathrooms. Not to mention the staff is zero nice. It is not worth spending a single peso in this place.
