The enquiries team were very prompt in their emails, even answering my questions on a Sunday, and helped us choose a flat that was indeed perfect. When we arrived the apartment was clean, the linens were fresh, the lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful and showed us how everything worked. The location was ideal, very easy to travel around.
