★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, rápido atento por parte del personal que allí labora, pero no todo es perfecto por eso las 4 estrellas, les pedí que no le pusieran armorall a las piezas de plástico y si les pusieron y abusados porque luego no ponen el sello en el carnet

Llegamos a un acuerdo sobre la venta de mi auto y me asesoraron para la compra de un nuevo vehículo. No tengo ningún reclamo y agradezco a la agencia Volkswagen la revisión legal de todos los trámites.
My opinion is positive. Two employees -Fernando Sosa and Rogelio Arias- attended me in a friendly and prompt manner. We reached an agreement on the sale of my car and they advised me on the purchase of a new vehicle. I have no claim and I thank the Volkswagen agency for the legal review of all the procedures.
