I bought a cake for one of my best friends, beautiful, very elegant, but I confess that I expected more flavor, it did not have a differentiator for me, perhaps another flavor.

In my point of view, it is the best option in Tampico and the region, great variety and apart from that they make you personalized cakes - just as you need them. Los pasteles son buenos y lindos, pero para una experiencia completa necesitan mejorar su atención al cliente un 100% Es muy estresante no saber ni tener actualizaciones de tu pastel en días que ya son estresantes (organizando un cumple/momento bonito) Incredible lack of attention, they do not answer calls or whatsapp, they leave you in the air with any questions that arise. The cakes are good and cute, but for a complete experience they need to improve their customer service 100% It is very stressful not knowing or having updates on your cake on days that are already stressful (organizing a birthday / beautiful moment)

I had to call them for three days, texted them through WhatsApp and Instagram and until the third day they answered my call. It is the same with all the local business here in Tampico they think that since they are the only ones selling that product in this city it gives them the right to treat clients however they want to. This is really sad and one of the main reasons provinces like this don't grow. Sadly this is not the first time vainilla mia has treated me this rudely.
