★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un pastel con temática de Baby Shark y la verdad es que quedé encantada, entregaron en tiempo y forma, el servicio al cliente por whatsapp muy amable y al pendiente de lo que pedí, sobre todo el pastel sabor chocolate que pedimos, estaba DELICIOSO! Sin duda una excelente opción para cualquier ocasión.
I ordered a Baby Shark themed cake and the truth is that I was delighted, they delivered on time and form, the customer service by WhatsApp very friendly and aware of what I ordered, especially the chocolate-flavored cake we ordered, it was DELICIOUS! Without a doubt an excellent option for any occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo cliente de primera vez les platico mi experiencia: 1) resulta que el pedido, la pastelería lo agendó para un día diferente al evento. 2) no dijeron nada, hasta que se hizo presión por el retraso de entrega. 3) tres veces recorrieron el horario de entrega. 4) nos salvamos con tener en pastel el día correcto solo porque tenían otro pedido igual que entregarían después. 5) la distancia de trayecto de la dirección a entregar fue cargada al costo total del producto al cliente, y saliendo más caro no fueron puntuales con la entrega. 6) el pan fue marmoleado (chocolate-vainilla) sabor que dejó mucho que desear, pan muy seco que la crema pastelera no ayudo a qué supiera mejor y tuviera mejor textura al paladar.
Cómo compensación al retraso y situación se nos obsequió una vela de pirotecnia ( que para colmo no funcionó).
En el tema de decoración y trabajo con el fondan: buen trabajo, se aprecia a simple vista los detalles de las formas temáticas de la decoración, si buscan solo eso en su pastel este es el mejor lugar, porque en lo demás no tendrán nada.
Atte, una cliente de solo una vez. Por mi experiencia no volveré a realizar otra compra.
As a first time customer I tell you about my experience: 1) it turns out that the order, the patisserie scheduled for a different day from the event. 2) They said nothing, until pressure was made for the delivery delay. 3) three times they went through the delivery schedule. 4) We saved ourselves by having the right day in cake just because they had another order just like they would deliver later. 5) The route distance from the address to be delivered was charged to the total cost of the product to the customer, and leaving more expensive they were not punctual with delivery. 6) the bread was marbled (chocolate-vanilla) flavor that left much to be desired, very dry bread that the pastry cream did not help to make it taste better and have a better texture on the palate.
As compensation for the delay and situation, we were presented with a pyrotechnic candle (which did not work).
In the theme of decoration and work with the fondan: good work, you can see at a glance the details of the thematic forms of decoration, if you look only for that in your cake this is the best place, because otherwise they will have nothing.
