★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marco para ver si tienen en funcionamiento su maquinaria (a cada rato se les descompone) para imprimir y recoger al instante. Me dicen que si. Entonces llego al local y solo hay 1 persona atendiendo porque la otra computadora no sirve. Y ya para cuando me atienden me dicen que me pueden entregar mi impresión 1 hora después por problemas tecnicos...¿De que sirvió entonces mi llamada? ¿Para que me dicen que si pueden entregar el trabajo de inmediato si no es verdad? Y todavía la persona que me contestó la llamada se rie en mi cara diciendo "ah si tu llamaste verdad?" Que falta de profesionalismo, esta es la 3a vez que me quedan mal. No habrá una 4ta
Marco to see if they have their machinery in operation (every so often it breaks down) to print and collect instantly. They tell me yes. Then I arrive at the premises and there is only 1 person attending because the other computer does not work. And by the time they answer me they tell me that they can deliver my impression 1 hour later due to technical problems ... What was the use of my call then? Why do they tell me that they can deliver the work immediately if it is not true? And still the person who answered the call laughs in my face saying "oh yes you called right?"
