★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SERVICIO. Un error de producción provocó que retrasaran el envío del producto 3 semanas más. Nunca hubo asesoría al cliente ni la indicación de costos extras. Prácticamente había que localizar a la vendedora Rebeca Aldrete para darle seguimiento al producto. Nunca se indicó que no incluía la instalación ni se nos indicó que el envío era por cuenta nuestra. Un servicio totalmente decepcionante y plagado de errores.
 TERRIBLE SERVICE. A production error caused them to delay shipping the product for 3 more weeks. There was never any advice to the client or the indication of extra costs. Practically had to locate the retailer Rebeca Aldrete to follow up on the product. It was never indicated that it did not include the installation nor was it indicated to us that the shipment was at our expense. A totally disappointing service and riddled with errors.
