El precio por los trajes es muy bueno, les recomiendo buscar siempre conforme a la especificación del traje que quieren en cuestión de tela para poder tener una grata experiencia.

De nada sirve que te ofrezcan el servicio de costura y dias después tu traje lo dejen como ellos quieren, de nada te sirve que te tomen las medidas. Con las veces que fui y el costo extra por la reparación de mi traje conviene mucho más comprarlo en tienda departamental
For me bad luck, first and last time I buy in this store. It is useless to be offered the sewing service and days later your suit leave it as they want, it is useless to take the measures. With the times I went and the extra cost for the repair of my suit it is much better to buy it in a department store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin ganas de volver, acudí el día de ayer 11/09/21 a comprar un traje, para lo cuál son muy atentos en el servicio.
Al día siguiente, hoy 12/09/21 regresé por mi traje y al solicitar una camisa, para medirme adecuadamente el traje, no me la quisieron otorgar, según ellos por medidas de higiene, siendo que un día antes me prestaron 2 camisas de distintas mediadas para probarme el traje.
El supervisor que se encontraba ahí y el encargado no me resolvieron absolutamente nada, la respuesta que recibí fue que podía adquirir una camisa y si no me quedaba me hacían el cambio pero que no me podían reembolsar el dinero, considero entonces, que, condicionan el servicio.
Entonces no entiendo de qué se trata, si te quieren vender te puedes mediar varias camisas dentro de la tienda, de lo contrario no??
Si se trata por medidas de higiene y de contingencia lo entendería perfectamente, pero porque el día que adquirí mi traje si me dejaron probarme varias camisas?

Not wanting to go back, I went yesterday 9/11/21 to buy a suit, for which they are very attentive in the service.
The next day, today 09/12/21 I returned for my suit and when I requested a shirt, to properly measure my suit, they did not want to grant it to me, according to them due to hygiene measures, being that a day before they lent me 2 different shirts mediated to try on the suit.
The supervisor who was there and the manager did not solve anything at all, the answer I received was that I could buy a shirt and if I did not have it, they would make the change but they could not reimburse me, I consider then, that they condition the service.
So I do not understand what it is about, if they want to sell you, you can mediate several shirts within the store, otherwise no?
If it is for hygiene and contingency measures, I would understand it perfectly, but why the day I bought my suit if they let me try on several shirts?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es deficiente, demasiado prepotente, lejos de ser amables presionan mucho para que compres literalmente da miedo entrar? me recordó mucho la experiencia de comprar en la lagunilla, se les ve el hambre a los empleados, en una de esas te asaltan ahí dentro de sus locales. FATAL !!!
The treatment is poor, too arrogant, far from being friendly they put a lot of pressure on you to buy literally it's scary to enter? It reminded me a lot of the experience of buying in the lagunilla, you can see the hunger of the employees, in one of those they assault you inside of their premises. FATAL !!!
