★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo precios son buenos, lo malo es cuando hay algún inconveniente con tu talla, en mi caso, me dieron a medir un saco, y todo bien, me invitan a pasar a pagar y después me dan a medir el pantalón (el cual no me quedó) y empezó el el problema, mencionan en primera instancia que me pueden dar otro pantalón pero tengo que esperar, lo traen y de la cintura bien, sin embargo es demasiado holgado lo cual no va bien, se comprometen a qué quedaría con el ajuste que le haría el sastre, llegué a las 12pm y me dijeron que volviera a las 4:30 pm. Llego a la hora y el pantalón no quedó bien, se lo llevan de nuevo, por curiosidad me mudo el saco y resulta que ahora me querían dar uno talla 40, cabe mencionar que soy talla 38, le digo al que me atiende y solo me da largas, aún no veo solución al problema, cuando llegue la primera vez había un muchacho solicitándo un cambio de prensa por qué no le quedó, creo que mi error fue que debíncelar todo desde ese momento, en fin. No hay solución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años vine y la atención era espectacular, hoy volví y deja mucho que desear. Me vendieron un traje que me queda espectacular, pero el pantalón me va chico. Volví para que me dieran una talla más de pantalón y me lo negaron. Me dijeron que ese pantalón viene con el traje, que si me queda chico me lo tengo que llevar igual, que es imposible que me den la talla que a mí me queda (1 talla más). ACTUALIZACIÓN: EL PROBLEMA FUE CON LA SUCURSAL, la firma se comunicó conmigo y me solucionó el problema.
