La realidad es que tienen buenos diseños, por lo cual decidí comprar un sofá-cama con ellos. Me dieron 40 días hábiles de entrega, y cuando estos ya habían transcurrido jamás se comunicaron para darme una fecha probable; por este motivo me comuniqué y su respuesta fue: son 40 días hábiles (sin ofrecer disculpas, ni tener la más mínima atención o educación).
Decidimos esperar y al final fueron prácticamente 60 días hábiles de entrega; aquí el problema no es el tiempo que tardaron en entregar, sino su falta de empatía, educación y atención al cliente. Sino quieren pasarla mal, NO realicen compras con esta mueblería. Una decepción total.
También te suben el costo del flete y tardan varias horas/días en contestar. Muy mal sabor de boca, y desafortunado, pues podrían ser una excelente tienda por los diseños con los que cuentan.

The reality is that they have good designs, which is why I decided to buy a sofa bed with them. They gave me 40 business days for delivery, and when these had already passed they never communicated to give me a probable date; for this reason I contacted him and his response was: it's 40 business days (without offering apologies, or having the slightest attention or education).
We decided to wait and in the end it was practically 60 business days of delivery; here the problem is not the time they took to deliver, but their lack of empathy, education and customer service. If you don't want to have a bad time, DO NOT make purchases with this furniture store. A total disappointment.
They also raise the cost of freight and take several hours/days to answer. Very bad taste in the mouth, and unfortunate, because they could be an excellent store for the designs they have.
