Hasta mi doctor me dijo que no es buen laboratorio, y es cierto, he ido a varios laboratorios y nunca me había tocado tan pésimo servicio. No fueron, para reagendar y quieren cobrar NO CONTRATEN HAY OPCIONES MÁS PROFESIONALES. También la atención al cliente por parte del señor calvo con barba es muy muy mala. Es muy mal encarado. Ya van 3 veces que vengo y no respetan mi lugar en la fila o mi cita. En una ocasión pagué la prueba para el mismo día y me la entregaron al siguiente. Les di oportunidad por ser un laboratorio pequeño y apoyarlos. Pero no lo vuelvo a hacer. Very good price. The guy in the lab coat with glasses mocked me for needing the test in the morning. Really lack of professionalism. Also the customer service by the bald man with a beard is very very bad.
