★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty small terminal, with a convenient store to grab some snacks. The best thing, there's free Wi-Fi, it's not the best or fastest internet, but for a visitor from another country with no international data plan, that is great!
Make sure you have some change, because to use bathroom, you need to pay some pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is dirty and the bathroom are stinky. Service is bad, they don't like to explain hours and how the departures work. Our bus wasn't announced and we missed it but the local knew about it and boarded it; the guy in charge made fun of us, so unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bus line. Nearly always on time. Comfortable and clean. It is best to buy tickets a day or two ahead of time and you'll save quite a bit of money. Also, if you look on their website you can find good discounts on their GL and Platino class bus trips. They are fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashiers here hate foreign tourists. They said my bus was full but it was not and ,after it, they sold the last ticket to a local passenger. This is the place where I was treated the worst in my two months trip in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch your stuff!!! Take your backpack with!!! Do not put any expensive stuff or wallet etc into the luggage space! There is a guy who is thief!
September 18,2021 we traveled from Valladolid to Chiquila at 9:50 am, the guy who “help” us to put my backpack into luggage space grabbed wallet (with card, around 4.000pesos and $100usd and IDs). Once we found out that the wallet is gone, we were talking with the driver in Chiquila and he said he doesn’t know about anything and he did not want to believe that the guy who helps to put luggage into the luggage space would do that! I think he just covered his back ?. The guy from the station should be arrested!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a small terminal so gets very crowded and always hot. The overhead announcements are in Spanish and English so you can sort out your bus. There are screens which show the buses as well. Within walking distance to the main square.
Buy your tickets on the ado website a few days ahead to get a good price and not have to wait in the ticket line. You will get an email with your tickets that have a barcode & QR code that they can scan.
