★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have regional food as the famous LONGANIZA DE VALLADOLID and papadzules. It has all sorts of restaurants to dine but if you can, go to ELEGANZA fine place kot crowed, reasonable prices, satisfying portions and tasty food. The city itself felt kinda basic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice city in the heart of Yucatan peninsula. One of the few here that have a colonial city center, therefore surely worth a visit. Several Maya sites are nearby so it's good to combine in a trip. City itself is quite small so if you don't intend to have a long lunch or dinner two hours are more than enough to enjoy the sights.
