★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved every little thing about the class I took with Jai. The studio is wonderful... bright and airy and incense-y but not too incense-y. It's clean, organized, and everything you could want is right there. He sets up a little "pod" for you with all the props you might want or need, and a Manduka mat. If you've never practiced on a Manduka mat, it's a treat. Speaking of a treat, the instruction is easy to follow and his classes are truly all-levels. A brand new beginner could have gotten just as much out of that class as I did. Savasana was long and juicy, not short and rushed, and included a wonderfully cool lavender eye pillow. Good vibes abound in this sweet little space in the sky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Wednesday January 15th my family and I took a private yoga class with Jai at his studio in Puerto Vallarta. It was a one hour, all levels, sunset yoga class from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Jai taught a great class; his instruction was precise and the class was well organized.
Jai’s class began with warm-up floor postures, and transitioned to standing poses; then, it followed with seated forward bends leading up to inversions; the class ended with a nice relaxation and meditation.
Some special aspects of the class were a pose Jai calls: a)Yoga Desert (Baddha Konasana) with strap and bolster, b)the red lighting and decor of thr studio, and c)the absolutely beautiful view of sunset over the Pacific Ocean and Puerta Vallarta! I will always remember doing tree pose while observing this spectacular view. It seemed like one could be absorbed into the Infinite - something Patanjali recommends for meditation.
Jai is welcoming, caring, gentle, and friendly! He knows the poses and sequences very well! It was delightful to attend his class. I would recommend it without any hesitation. It was one of the best aspects of our vacation! Thank you Jai for a fine experience!
