Carlos replaced all rings except the top. He said this is still good and just painted it. He replaced the guides with better quality ones with more stability for salt water fishing.
He also sold me a new japanese line. Oh boy.
Man this guy knows his craft. It is a good penn pole. And boy, its looks better than when i bought it. Every cast is a dream like an airplane departing smoothly.
Best guide replacement in whole vallarta. Full professional work.
Ive been to other places before. Hands down. Carlos for president.
