★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sill the best fitness center in Vallarta. Lots of equipment, lots of space. Now not crowded at all.
Covid restrictions in place so you need to bring a couple of smaller towels, wear a mask, and clean the machines with paper towels and spray. provided by the gym.
Temperature checks at entry.
Trainers always on the floor and available and attentive for those who need it.
AC, Air filtration and even ozone machines, which presumably run overnight to sterilize.
For the moment you can use the lockers with your own lock but showering is discouraged.
Not sure when group classes will resume but cardio machines empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the amount of money that they ask for not worth it. Some machines work, some machines do not work it was always crowded. Have to wait wait for machines it's just too many people going there and not enough machines.

I gave 3 stars because it's a good gym with everything you need for a body builder but NOT a great gym for athletes: no kettlebells, no suspension trainer or Olympic rings, no boxes for box jumps, no sleds, no bands. I train for athleticism and performance so I like those pieces of equipment at a gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gym ever. They’ll take your money first then kick you out if you don’t have Mexican pesos cash to get a towel. Stupid policy to use towels on machines, and not mandating people to clean after themselves. Like a towel is going to stop sweat and bacteria to get into the equipment. Super dude trainers, if you are visiting Vallarta save your money, time and patience for a place that treats customers with respect
