★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was extremely comfortable with full lay back seats. I left PV for GLD at 6:45 am. The curtains were closed and the bus was ideal for sleeping. It was perfect! There is stable WIFI on the bus. I would absolutely take this bus again when returning to GLD. It puts Canadian bus charters to shame! The bus was clean. Good / safe driving. Like an airplane seats are assigned. Bring your ID as it's needed to pickup the tickets. (Also have a bit of extra time. It took about 10 min at the counter). On my way back I was early and they allowed me to go on a sooner bus. 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vallarta plus it's one of best options to travel in a really comfortable bus line, you bus ticket including a bottle of soda, chips and granola bar and a pair of earphones see more than 60 free movies to watch in you on personal tv, the bus seat are so comfy and the bus has an individual bathroom for men and women, air conditioning it's great but bring a sweater or a blanket if you don't like the air conditioning, driver's drive with care I'm really like to travel so comfy and safely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great comfort and great service. The people at the Zapopan snack counter were a little rude, spoke to the manager about it and he seemed concerned enough to address the issue. Drivers were safe and nice. Overall a confortable and safe ride at a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking lot is too small, only good for a quick drop off. You have to be very careful with the traffic when you leave as the exit is poorly located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice buses to go to and from Puerto Vallarta. I didn't expect much regarding the transportation system but was quite surprised at the comfort of the buses. They have screens showing movies and the selection is good. And the bus drivers are good at their job.
The experience was good and I am looking forward to using Vallarta Plus to return to Puerto Vallarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable ride, spacious, quiet and fresh. The only thing that I got nervous with... Was the speed on the curbs that the driver wouldn't slow down. That made me really nervous. Other than that 5 ⭐.
