★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and Reliable service from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta and all surrounding towns. Seats offer ample space and legroom. Small snack/drink included in price. Most staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of departure times available. Service quite aceptable. Ride is around 4 hours.
I would suggest their AC is monitored as sometimes the bus can get quite warm, making the journey quite uncomfortable at times.

Really pleased with the amount of seating room for your legs, comfortable seats and professional attitude. Couldn’t be more pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to get information when you don't know the language. The girls could care less to work with you, but there was a young man that went out of his way to help. You can't call them as there is an answering machine all in fast Spanish. I am writing about the Bucerias station. I know nothing of the station in Puerto Vallarta.
