Three years ago we made the decision to relocate our primary residence somewhere within the Puerto Vallarta region. Though we had lived abroad, never in Mexico. After considering several realtors in the area, we teamed up with the duo of Johnny and Marisol at Vallarta Real Estate Group. Our preliminary and exploratory conversations spanned a full year before our initial visit. From afar, they were patiently professional and thoroughly educational. During this critical period they provided the guidance that made us confident that we were in good hands. Never pressured, we felt cared for by two trusted friends. They fully prepared us for our initial home searching visit. Our search covered the region from Mismaloya to San Pancho, and all points in between. Johnny and Marisol understood who we were and dialed in a wonderful series of options for our visit over a three day period. We settled into a fantastic home in the pueblo of San Pancho - a magical musical place by the sea in old Mexico. But the care didn’t stop there. For over two years since our arrival they have been there for us countless times, providing assistance with both the great and the small - the inevitable that accompanies such a move. The relationship has been, at once, professional and personal and they remain there for us. These are persons that earn and deserve their client’s’ trust.

We are so happy to have a place in Puerto Vallarta, and it's all thanks to Vallarta Real Estate Group, and especially Marisol and Johnny. After years of coming to Puerto Vallarta we decided it was time to commit and buy something we could call our own. We began the journey by looking at different websites. We found that Vallarta Real Estate Group had the best website that was easy to navigate and narrow our search. We reached out to them via email and had a response soon after excited for us to consider property here. We came down and met with Johnny and Marisol for an initial meeting; thereafter they arranged for a number of showings within our criteria set out. It was a very enjoyable experience with little stress. We were able to narrow our search down to two properties and told them that we would go home and consider them. We were not going to make a decision while in Puerto Vallarta; rather we wanted to take the time to fully consider it. A couple of months later we contacted them again to see about putting an offer in on one of the properties viewed. Very little back and forth was needed to have our offer accepted. From there Vallarta Real Estate Group coordinated the legal and financial details seamlessly and we closed within two months of the accepted offer. We feel very fortunate to have had honest, straight forward realtors working for us. If we were unaware of the nuances in Mexico and real estate transactions they very professionally guided us through it all. We love our home here and the entire team at Vallarta Real Estate made the transition for us very easy and enjoyable.
