PESIMO SERVICIO! Varios mensajes via messenger prácticamente sin respuesta! Hablo por teléfono y se nota su desorganización, me contesta un individuo sin ganas de vender ya que no son rentas de dos pesos, simplemente FATAL! Ya había trabajado con ellos e inclusive recomendé a varios de mis amistades que a su vez usaron sus servicios! Pero después de esto EVIDENTEMENTE NUNCA MÁS LOS VOLVERÉ A RECOMENDAR, no se si sea un tema de NO QUERER DAR EL SERVICIO POR SER MEXICANOS y querer enfocarse al mercado extranjero LO CUAL LO HACE PEOR!!! Lo curioso del asunto es uno puede prácticamente accesar a las propiedades sin usar los servicios de Vallarta Rentals por que no son propiedades exclusivas! En resumen, PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y PERDIERON A UN CLIENTE!

In all of my adulthood, I have never had such a terrible experience with any agency. Vallarta Rental should not be in business. From the very first minute we arrived in Puerto Vallarta/Punta Mita, we were treated in the worst way possible by Vallarta staff. We were promised a Penthouse in the email we received, instead we got the smaller ground floor unit. We complained and they assured that they would find a remedy, however; they never did. We were stuck in a mold infested unit full of insects and sewer smell for the next 10 days. My family and I were forced to sleep in the Patio. Due to the holidays, there was nothing available in Punta Mita. We are truly victims of bait and switch. Vallarta rentals refused to accept our Amex or Mastercard and only agreed to the money wired through Paypal, that should have raised a red flag for myself and my family. Be aware, during our stay and conversation with the owner of Vallarta Rental Daniela Frendo and her husband Leonardo, there were several calls coming in to their cell phones. Every call was through angry clients that were leasing from them during the Holiday season for lack of performance and customer service. After agreeing to refunding our money, they waited until we left Mexico and are now refusing to refund us the money. I am sharing this horrible experience with you so you will never have to go through what my family and I went through. Please book through a reputable company and make sure that they are not using Vallarta Rental as a Concierge in any way shape or form.

Excellent experience!! Our family loved the villa and the staff. We couldnt have been happier! The cook Gaby was amazing. Our concierge Aimee was outstanding with her customer service. We are aleady looking to book our trip back. Thank you Vallarta Rentals!!!

Betty and the team at Vallarta Rentals have taken great care of us for the last 3 years that we’ve been coming to Punta Mita. Their service is second to none. Always responsive and communicative from time of booking through check out. This place is very special to us and I proposed to my girlfriend on our latest trip. She said yes btw! The team surprised us the next day with a bottle of champagne and rose petals in the house we were renting. Miriam our housekeeper set up the house perfectly and has become a great friend of ours over the last few years. Awesome touch and totally unexpected! We are now planning our wedding and have selected Punta Mita as the location. We continue to trust the team at Vallarta Rentals to assist us with the planning and we started straight away. Betty arranged a select few houses for us to view and took us on a tour yesterday. With her help, we’ve already found the perfect spot! If you’re coming to the Vallarta / Punta Mita area we strongly recommend the team at Vallarta Rentals to assist you. Thanks again team and see you next year for a huge celebration! Working with Joe and Vallarta Rentals was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them, and especially Joe, to anyone. I am not the easiest person to work with when it comes to responding in a timely manner, so I unintentionally made their job a little harder, for which I truly apologize! But, Joe was amazing and took such great care of our group in handling our multitude of travel arrangements and questions. He arranged a great outing for whale watching. We also booked the private chef for our last night's dinner and I highly recommend booking that option. The property was great with no real complaints. Overall, our group had a delightful time and cannot wait to return to Punta Mita. I will definitely keep Joe in my arsenal of contacts and cannot wait to be able to use his services again.
