Vallarta Vows is a full service destination wedding planning company in Puerto Vallarta since 1983 . We work with all types of budgets.. AFFORDABLE BEACH WEDDINGS is our goal. No budget is too small since we offer a la carte services in addition to full scale wedding planning.
No wedding is the same so we offer customized wedding planning. If what your looking for is an intimate wedding on the beach we have intimate small wedding and elopement packages as well as full service destination packages. We create customized catering menus and wedding packages with local Mexican specialties …. taco carts, churros carts, vegan dinners and desserts…. scrumptious Mexican and continental sit-down dinners as well as buffets. Sipping signature drinks or a yummy margarita with or Mariachi playing… hip DJ’s. Let the party begin!
But let’s not over look the ceremony. Robin Manoogian, a licensed Minister since 2006 performs thoughtful intimate wedding ceremonies and can guide you through the process of writing your wedding vows for your wedding on the beach in Puerto Vallarta. Please see one of our videos.
Robin has been a planner since the early 1980’s in New York City where she managed large trade shows and planned corporate events and incentive parties. Living in Mexico for over twenty years, bilingual and owner of an acupuncture practice, Robin brings with her planning experience, talent and on the ground local expertise.
We perform dream spiritual commitment ceremonies as well as navigating the ins and outs of a daunting Civil Ceremony with all the paperwork, blood tests and translations.

Never having been to Puerto Vallarta we put our trust in her for good food & drinks, pretty decorations, and a quality videographer. She definitely delivered! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robin has been an amazing wedding planner. We had been exchanging text messages and making phone calls and she understood exactly how I wanted the wedding to be. Her wonderful hospitality has made me smile and she made sure that I was getting the wedding of my dreams. I am not a very creative person and robin has helped me out by showing me ideas and her ideas were spot on. The flower arrangements were beautiful that I cried walking down the aisle looking at my husband to be and the beautiful arrangements around me. Robin understood what I wanted and it was a pleasure working with her and her assistant Guiermo. The mariachi band were also amazing with the wonderful music that they played at the end of the ceremony. Now let me tell you about the food! For appetizers, we had chicken fajitas, quesadillas, chicken mole empanadas, chips and salsa, all were hitting the spot but the chicken mole empanadas were my absolute favorite! Our main course were pork with green sauce, beans and rice! Everything was spot on and don’t even get me started on the margaritas! The passion fruit margaritas were my absolute favorite. I lost count of how many I’ve drank but I recommend you get yourself a passion fruit margarita. Djs playlist was amazing as well as everyone was dancing. Everything was perfect about this wedding and I have Robin and guiermo to thank!

It was so easy to communicate with her and I just sent a few emails letting her know what I wanted and picked out some flowers and cake flavors and that was it! So easy, and affordable. I highly recommend Robin and Vallarta Vows. We also really enjoyed Mango's Beach Club as our wedding venue and highly recommend their establishment as well. It was the perfect beach wedding!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Robin/Vallarta Vows by a random web search for a wedding planner in Puerto Vallarta. I was nervous and did not know what to expect, but from the beginning Robin has been very communicative. Although our original plan to get married in May 2020, the pandemic put a long hold on our plans. Robin was great patiently waited for us to be able to finally schedule something, and so on December 2021 our ceremony was realized. Everything from the setting to the arch to the table settings were beautiful. Pictures and video came out perfect and we are both beyond happy with the whole experience! Thank again for making our vision come true!
