Beware Forum Constructions! They do not fulfill the contract! Its owners, the González (Jorge and Carlos) did not pay the mortgage even though I paid in cash. They are rats! Don't write to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento con sus amenidades es único, las casas están muy bonitas. Si van a comprar verifiquen que esté todo en orden. Hay lonas en algunas casas ya habitadas señalando irregularidades.
The subdivision with its amenities is unique, the houses are very nice. If you are going to buy, check that everything is in order. There are tarps on some already inhabited houses pointing out irregularities.
