★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una verdadera PESADILLA intentar realizar una transacción en ese banco horroroso, filas interminables, UN SOLO CAJERO para atender a 30 personas que no son clientes, demoras minimo UNA HORA en promedio por cualquier transacción, le comentas al gerente y dice que no puede hacer nada porque no tiene más personal.
It is a real NIGHTMARE trying to make a transaction in that horrific bank, endless rows, A SINGLE CASHIER to serve 30 people who are not clients, minimum delays ONE HOUR on average for any transaction, you tell the manager and say you can do nothing Because he has no more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había estado muy contento con Bancomer por más de diez años pero eh tenido cargos en mi tarjeta de crédito y en la línea Bancomer no te saben dar respuestas ni soluciones, definitivamente voy a cancelar mis cuentas y por supuesto no los recomendaré

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primera vez que una sucursal de BBVA me falla, la atención es pesima, la cajera 3 cancelo mi tarjeta, queria que regresara despues para hacer nuevamente el tramite, al querer hablar con su superior se tardaron casi una hora en atenderme, se les cayo el sistema y para colmo, no funcionaban las pantallas para los turnos, por lo que se hizo un relajo, en mi opinión no recomiendo esta sucursal.... yo solo venia a renovar mi tarjeta por viejita y ya no pasaba el chip.
The first time that a BBVA branch fails me, the attention is terrible, cashier 3 canceled my card, she wanted me to come back later to do the procedure again, when they wanted to talk to their superior it took almost an hour to attend to me, they dropped the system and to top it off, the screens did not work for the shifts, so it was a bit of a break, in my opinion I do not recommend this branch .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a tramitar una tarjeta y los trabajores aplican la de como te ven te tratan valla me refiero a que si no eres una persona blanca y biwn vestida tu trato sera muy mamon e actitud de superioridad por parte de cajeros y los quedan los turnos , espero y los capaciten para tener algo de humildad ya que ni en la ciudad son asi de nefastos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un problema con una practicaja, me presento en la sucursal y me dicen dicen que es directamente en línea y en línea no me resuelven absolutamente nada regreso a la sucursal y ni siquiera me dejan hablar con un ejecutivo para que me de información y me ayude a resolver el problema, se me hace súper injusto que nosotros confiamos en sus servicios y que no nos puedan dar una ni siquiera una asesoría....no fuera para tramitar algún seguro que rápido te atienden...
