★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bonito el fraccionamiento, pero tienen muy descuidada todas las áreas "verdes", dan muy mal especto desde la entrada hay mucha hierba seca y alguna quemada, muy mal.
The subdivision is nice, but they have very neglected all the "green" areas, they give a very bad appearance from the entrance there is a lot of dry grass and some burnt, very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la vista de los alrededores es muy placentera, pero como lugar para vivir no es muy agradable. Las casas son de mala calidad y constantemente hay fugas de agua. La delincuencia ha ido en aumento. El fraccionamiento esta muy descuidado, hay basura en las calles y la inmobiliaria se deslinda te toda responsabilidad.
the view of the surroundings is very pleasant, but as a place to live it is not very pleasant. The houses are of poor quality and there are constant water leaks. Crime has been on the rise. The subdivision is very neglected, there is garbage in the streets and the real estate agency assumes all responsibility.
